Beyond the clinic, I provide personalised corrective exercises and practical home strategies to support your recovery and maintain progress between sessions. My aim is not only to relieve symptoms, but to help you build long-term resilience, strength, and confidence in your body.
I also offer massage treatments for sports preparation and recovery, stress relief, and pre- or post-surgical care.
For those wanting to enhance their movement, My Flex & Stretch Classes provide a supportive space to explore yoga-inspired mobility and functional strength training, improving flexibility, posture, strength, and overall performance.
