1. How do I Book, reschedule or cancel my Appointment?

2. Do you have GIFT VOUCHERS?
YES – I have either paper copies including envelopes and a fridge magnet or I can email a copy.
3. Do you accept Health Insurance?
Yes – I have HICAPS for convenient on the spot claims.
4. Can I use my NDIS package?
YES – I can invoice your company for all visits, once I’m registered with your Provider.
5. Can I use my Doctors Care Plan?
Unfortunately Not. I’m not eligible for such plans.
6. What should I bring?
Any MRI, XRAY, CT Scan Reports. Comfortable clothing preferably without patterns. Perhaps your favourite yoga mat if we are doing assisted stretching/foundation or yoga training.
7. What is Dry Needling?
Dry Needling uses the same needles as Acupuncture but the focus is different. Dry Needling focuses on the soft tissue issues directly, whereas Acupuncture focuses more on influencing the bodies energy flow.
8. Accessibility & Parking?
Accessibility – step free access. Parking on quite street – directly off main road.
9. Is there a Toilet available?
Unfortanetly no, unless our Air BnB guest house is unoccupied. Alternatively there is a clean Beach side tiolet block 250m away at Bartletts Beach car park.
